Available in different gauge and size. Here's some help deciding size;

0.8mm Gauge - Thinnest available, perfect for dainty nostrils.

1mm Gauge - Ideal for children, nostrils.

1.2mm Gauge - Standard ear piercing size, most jewellery is offered in this size.

1.6mm Gauge - Standard size for most facial piercings, lips, cheeks, eyebrow.

Size of the ring required is really dependant on the anatomy. For example a 'average' sized nostril would require a 8mm ring. A Helix if you wanted it to fit would mostly need 8mm or 7mm for a more 'hugged' fit. Forward helix and tragus if well healed usually require 6mm or 7mm. Most Conch piercing require 11mm or 12mm.
