Shipping policy

Items are not guaranteed to be held in stock. Items that are ordered that are not held in stock have to be first ordered in from the manufacturer and in turn sent onto you the customer. This can lead to a delivery time of 5-7 working days. If an item you order is unavailable/out of stock from the manufacturer, we will contact you to notify you of this and offer a refund back to your original payment method or an approximate lead time.

We use various shipping methods and choose based on the value of the order to ensure adequate insurance is in place. Once an item is shipped we are unable to cancel or stop the order.
